Christine Lamsvelt is a partner at Thompson LLP. Christine advises companies on transactional matters and specializes in M&A transactions, where she represents acquirers, sellers, and investors in mergers, stock and asset deals, and other transactions, including minority investments.
Prior to her work with Thompson LLP, Christine was a director and assistant general counsel at the New York office of the global investment bank DC Advisory. She was previously an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where her clients included a variety of foreign and domestic clients such as investment banks, multinational corporations, and private equity funds.
