Alternative Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Mediation

Many cases can be resolved through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, including arbitration and mediation. Our lawyers have a wealth of experience in negotiating favorable resolutions for our clients outside the courtroom related to complex commercial disputes, insurance coverage actions, labor and employment claims, and intellectual property enforcement cases. In many instances, ADR can be an efficient approach that allows for more creative solutions than litigation.

Clients turn for ADR representation to Andrew Goldenberg, the firm’s principal litigator, and Giulio Zanolla, who serves as a panel member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
