Bolu Odubayo

Bolu Odubayo is a Senior Associate at Thompson LLP. She advises clients on corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A, including the negotiation and structuring of key transaction documents. Bolu has supported private equity and multinational clients on both domestic and cross-border deals, handling due diligence, tax compliance, deal execution and post-closing integration.

Prior to joining Thompson LLP, Bolu was a Senior Associate in the M&A Tax group at PwC in New York City, where she focused on federal tax matters and assisted clients on tax-efficient structuring, acquisition planning and complex transactions.
